Marbles

A few weekends ago, Camden and I went to the new kids museum downtown, called "Marbles". It was so much fun. I really loved it because it encourages the children to use every part of their brain! They have so many different stations/areas that stimulate little minds. There are tons of stations, but just to name a few...there was a cafe/market with tons of play food, a theater, a post office, a hospital, a train station, a pirate ship, a music room, a face painting room, a building room (with blocks everywhere), a fire station, a water play area, etc!!! It was great. For anyone around Raleigh, I defnitely recommend it!! It was only $10 admission for the two of us. And you can stay as long as you want! Here are some pictures from our trip...

Camden LOVED the cafe and market. He wanted to spend so much time there, but I had to remind him that there was much more to see!

Here he is pretending to be a firefighter. I thought he looked cute...however, he was ready to move on to the next place. :)

Here is the water play station. He loved this area just like he loves playing in his bathtub at home!

This pirate ship was a lot of fun. He put on the hat and got the telescope (or whatever you call it), and was walking around saying, "Mama, I'm looking at the sea!".

This bus used to be a real city bus. But they cut it in half and put it in the kids museum. Sounds like fun to me! :)
