Camden and I went to the doctor today for his 3 year check-up. He did so good! They did a vision screening, and as of right now he can see perfectly!! (I was a little worried since my eyes are so bad.) The doctor also asked him to name some colors, draw a circle, hop on one foot, touch his toes, sing his ABC's, and tell him his name. He got everything right and did everything perfectly! I am a proud mama! :) So here he is at 3 years of age:
Weight: 33 lbs. (65th percentile) (He gained 5 pounds since his 2-year checkup)
Length: 38 in. (70th percentile) (He's grown 3 inches since his 2-year checkup)
I was really shocked when I saw he was only 33 pounds. He feels MUCH heavier than that when I try to pick him up and hold him!! Plus, obviously our scale at home is inaccurate because it told me he was 40 pounds about 2 months ago. But you know what else that means? Whenever I weigh myself, I'm really about 7 pounds lighter than what the scale says! WOOHOO! :)
Another neat thing is that the doctor said that Camden is well on his way to being 6 feet tall. He asked the height of my dad, David's dad, and I...and it seems that Camden is definitely taking after his daddy's height. It's crazy to think that Camden will one day be much bigger than me! And as everyone always says...don't blink your eyes, because it'll happen before you know it!

What wonderful news!!!! Can you imagine Camden at 6 ft? He will be a great looking guy!!! We miss y'all soooo much...can't wait till Christmas!!!
Ashley, this is kind of random [this is lauren jenkins from providence by the way] but does David work at Capital Bank? I think he might be in the Coats For The Children commercial!! Random I know. Have a great holiday!!
