I captured this beautiful sunset on New Year's Eve. The last sunset of 2012!
Sweet siblings.
Evelyn loves to sit in the laundry basket. I threw some pretzels in there and she was happy for quite some time.
Y'all. I am in LOVE with this stuff. It's SO good and totally gives you the effect that you're drinking a soft drink since it's carbonated. As you can see, it's only 120 calories per drink and is all natural. Not bad!
Anderson didn't finish his ice cream cone so I gave it to Evelyn. She loved it!
Evelyn eating oranges at Pei Wei.
"Cheese!"
Loved her little outfit this particular day. I want it in my size!!!
Lunch time. She's been doing really well with her fork lately.
Oh, that weather. I think this was the week before it "snowed". That's what you get in NC... shorts one weekend and snow the next. I do love the WARM days though!!! Winter is not my favorite season.
One of the boys had a ring pop and left the trash (the ring part of the sucker) on the floor. (Ugh) Well, Evelyn found it and sucked on it like it was a pacifier. She loved that thing. She hasn't used a pacifier in 3 months but I guess she hasn't forgotten!
My parents gave Evelyn this little lap desk/magna doodle and Evelyn loves to "draw".
Out enjoying the beautiful weather on one of the warmer days.
We have a new restaurant in town, PDQ. I always thought it was a Barbecue place, I think just because it had a Q in the name. It's chicken, fries, coleslaw, shakes, etc. We really liked it, I recommend it for sure! (PS. the coleslaw has blueberries in it! I don't know if you'll find that cool or weird.)
We've started trying to have game nights every Friday night. We'll put Evelyn down and let the boys pick what they want to play. Anderson only lasts about 20 minutes before he wants to start acting silly and throwing the game pieces all around the room.
I took this picture to prove to my friends that believe my house is not always perfectly clean and organized. (I don't even understand why some of my friends think that in the first place... it's absolutely not true.) I know this doesn't look THAT bad, but still. :)
The boys have church on Sunday nights. We drop them off and if we don't have church for ourselves, we get 1.5 hours to have a mini-date night. A date night with this little munchkin, of course. Last week we decided to go get some frozen yogurt. She's a fun little tag along!
I gave Evelyn an empty lemonade bottle filled with just a little bit of water. She entertained herself with that thing for hours! Who needs toys?!
The next couple were all taken at the park after school one day. Again, had to go out and enjoy those warm days before the snow!
My big boy doing homework. I can't believe he's already learning to tell time. I clearly remember learning to tell time in 2nd grade as well.
I caught this little stinker standing on this scooter all by herself! Big girl!
I also caught her with a pen and paper standing at the coffee table "drawing". With two older brothers who leave things EVERYWHERE, you never know what she'll get into. Keeps me on my toes, for sure.
I had pulled out the chairs from under the table so I could vacuum the other day. I came back to fix them and found the kids playing together under the table and crawling through all the chairs like a maze. Cute.
I often have to wake Evelyn up from her nap to go get Camden from school. I hate waking a sleeping toddler... especially when you have to take them from their warm bed and go out in the freezing cold to strap them in the car. This was Evelyn, fresh out of bed. I covered her up so she'd stay warm. Oooh, I just wanted to snuggle with her in that seat. She's so stinking sweet.
