We finally got to go to our pool for the first time yesterday! We had so much fun. I seriously LOVE having a pool about 100 yards from our house. I remember all those days of going to the pool and then leaving, having to get in your car that is about 1000 degrees, driving home hot and wet! I am so thankful we don't have to worry about that here. We have to work around Anderson's naps, so yesterday we decided to go after his nap at 4, and we took a cooler of food and stayed until about 6:30. This was Anderson's first time in a big pool, and he just loved it. I knew he would, though. He sat in his little float and kicked those legs the entire time! Camden got some good practice without his arm floats, and may be swimming without them (where he can't touch the bottom) in a few weeks after lots of practice. Ahh... I just love pool season!
