photo dump

It's time for another photo dump post... I hope y'all don't mind.  I guess a bunch of pictures is better than no post at all, right?  I uploaded them straight from my phone, and they ended up all out of order.  Oh well... this is what ya get. :)

We are getting ready to put our house on the market (a post for another day), so I am cleaning out.  EVERYTHING.  I've been doing a little every day.  Why did I wait until we are getting ready to move out?!?  Anyway, I cleaned out Evie's drawers of the clothes she's outgrown, and got this pic of her next to the bag.  She's getting so big.  Freshly bathed and PJ'd baby.  Yum! This was also her 8-month birthday.

The boys always go to bed in separate bunks.  Camden is on the top, Anderson is on the bottom.  Every once in a while, we find them in different spots when we go check on them before we go to bed.   This was from the other night.  Sweet brothers.

We love to go to the pool in the evenings.  Usually Daddy will swim with the boys while Evie and I lounge in our chair/stroller and watch.  

This was first thing in the morning when I went to get Evie out of her bed.  What a sweet face to wake up to!  So blessed.

I LOVE having a kid old enough to help me with things like this when I'm unable to.  When we are out and about, I utilize Camden a lot.  The good thing is, he doesn't mind one bit!  Today at the park, Anderson had to use the bathroom so instead of hauling Evie in there with me, I asked Camden to sit with her until I got back.  Perfect!

The other day, the kids and I had been cooped up all morning.  We HAD to get out.  I decided it would be fun to let the boys hop in the pool even though it was drizzling out.  Evie and I sat on some covered picnic tables and watched. 

This morning, the kids and I went to the pool - again.  (We're going tomorrow too!  Gotta love summer.)  Well, the weather ended up being so gross... chilly and rainy.  All the kids (we invited some friends to swim with us) were shivering.  We came home and everyone got a warm bath/shower.  

This was my view for a while yesterday at the pool.

Now that school is over, I have to keep these boys busy and somewhat quiet during Evie's naptimes.  It's not as easy as you'd think keeping boys quiet for up to 3.5 hours every day, with her having two naps a day.  They do lots of coloring these days.  Doesn't last terribly long, but it's somethin'!
