I often find him going over to Anderson to "play" with him. He loves to be in whatever room we are in, and I have discovered that Camden is a REALLY great helper when it comes to Anderson. He always lets me know if Anderson cries, if he spits up, or if he spits out his pacifier. When we first came home from the hospital, I was basically terrified if Camden came within 1 foot of the baby. I was just so afraid he was going to accidentally hurt him or something. That fear is long gone now...but of course I have had to teach Camden what he can and can't do around the baby, and how he must be very very gentle with him. I can now leave the room that the two of them are in and not feel like I have to look back every 10 seconds. I also had to figure out a way to take a shower when I'm alone with them. The first time, I put Anderson in his swing in the bathroom with me and told Camden to stay in the living room. Well, now, on most days Anderson is still asleep when I take a shower, so I leave him in his bassinet in my room while Camden is in the living room watching morning cartoons. I told him to let me know if Anderson cries, so I can hurry up and get out to tend to him. Well, we've been doing this for 2 weeks now and Camden has never had to come tell me he was crying. After my shower, I go check on the baby and he's still sound asleep, and big brother is still watching cartoons. I am really thankful that Camden is a good listener and a child with a gentle spirit. At first I never thought I'd be able to do things when I was home by myself with the kids...but things are getting much easier and I am so happy! :) This always makes me laugh: when Camden comes up to Anderson when I am holding him, he ALWAYS has to smell the top of his head. Cracks me up!
I am loving my two boys! :)

how sweet! what a good big brother! you are right- Camden does have a gentle spirit and is such a great listener- which is of course a blessing from the Lord, but also taught to him by his wonderful mom and dad. so- kudos.
PS- you said "tend to" Anderson- how bout that's all I say now about Levi... i feel so old saying that I'm "tending to" Levi... it made me laugh to see that i'm not alone :)
