I have two serious "daddy's boys" on my hands.
(the boys watching TV the other day)
I don't know if anything melts my heart more than seeing the love of my life loving on and enjoying being with our children. It's a whole new level of love that I feel. One minute I'll see them curled up reading a book, then the next they'll be wrestling on the floor. I love it!
We were all spoiled by having daddy home for 4 straight days during Christmas. Anderson and I were still asleep this morning when he left for work, and Camden had just gone downstairs. The boys and I ventured over to the Science Museum this morning for some free fun. Well, the museum is free, parking is not. I didn't have any cash with me, so David walked over from the bank to the museum, which is only a couple of blocks, to give me a few dollars. The boys were thrilled to see him, even though it was just for a couple of minutes. I offered to drive David back to the bank since it was so cold outside. When I dropped him off and he got out of the car, both boys started crying. Ripped. My. Heart. Out. It wasn't long that I felt my tears coming as well.
So on home we went, and we are all counting down the hours till he is home again. We love you, daddy!

I think that is one of the sweetest posts I have ever read. And, I totally agree. There is a whole new level of love for my man when I see him light up simply because his daughter smiled at him.
