I often think about how happy I am that we added Anderson to the family, not just for us to have another child, but for Camden to have a friend. How fun is it that they automatically have a friend that sleeps over all the time and a friend that is always there to play with?! We have our many, many times of screaming and fighting and crying, but the joyful times totally make up for it. It has been SO FUN to see the two of them enjoy each other and watch their friendship develop.
I am starting to see more and more how they will invent these little games (I guess it's more like Camden coming up with them and Anderson joining in), but they just have a blast together. I believe Anderson thinks Camden hung the moon, which means he also wants to do e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g Camden does. This morning at breakfast was a perfect example:
Camden was already sitting down when I was about to put Anderson in his high chair to eat. Anderson made it clear that he would rather sit in a big chair to eat, like Camden. So, I let him. The boys sat in their chairs and ate their waffles and played and talked for the longest time! It just warms my heart to see them enjoying each other.
A little bit later, I overheard them singing "Ring around the Rosie". Of course, I ran for my camera and was able to catch a little bit of it.

its a good thing he'll have a few days of preschool this fall, otherwise Anderson would be L.O.S.T. with Cam at school all day!!!!

So cute. There really isn't anything better than siblings.
