six months!

This post is a few days overdue since Anderson is a week past 6 months.  Better late than never!  I can't believe my little monkey is 6 months old!  Sometimes I just seriously can't wrap my head around how much and how fast these children grow up.  I saw a newborn yesterday and would have bet a million dollars that Anderson was never that small.  Well, the baby was probably about 8 pounds, so Anderson was obviously smaller than that when he was born.  WHAT?!?!

I tried to upload pictures but our internet is being moody... so you'll have to just wait until next time.  Hopefully!

Anderson's stats:
  • Weight: 15.9 lbs. - 24%
  • Length: 26 in. - 27%
  • Head: 42 3/4 cm. - 25%
I couldn't believe how little this guy is... but the doctor said that his numbers just prove that he's a very active kid!!  And he's right!

Here's what Anderson is up to at 6 months:
  • Eats 8 oz, 4 times a day
  • Eats cereal in the morning, fruit&veggie for lunch, fruit&veggie for supper.  Some of his favorites are carrots, green beans, bananas, prunes, and applesauce.  We're working on the others. :)
  • Naps twice a day... morning nap is 2 hours, afternoon nap is 2-3 hours.  He has dropped his evening catnap!
  • Anderson is 100% crawling.  I don't think it will be long before he is pulling up, either.  Yesterday I was sitting on the floor with him, and he crawled completely across my lap (without my help) to get to a toy!
  • I think he is going to be outdoor lover.  He really enjoys being outside and looking at all the sights!
  • He is trying to hard to figure out how to play with his big brother.  He's still fascinated with Camden, and likewise!
We are so thankful for these blessings in our life!

Anderson and Grace Elizabeth are just about on the same schedule, maybe Anderson can teach her how to crawl and she can give him a lesson on pulling up!!

We miss you all, let's schedule a visit soon.
