I totally got teary-eyed when I read what David wrote on my blog this morning (actually he did it last night, and scheduled it to appear this morning... pretty good for a guy who has never used a blog before!). What a sweet family I have. Camden greeted me this morning with a sweet "happy birthday!!!" and a homemade birthday hat that he wanted to tape to my head. :) So, I've officially made it folks... the big 2-5. I am SO old. (notice the sarcasm) :) Unlike a lot of others I know, I am excited about getting older. Bring it on. :)

So far I've spent my birthday cleaning the house. I think the best birthday gift I have received so far today was my boys' ability to play nicely the whole time I was doing it! I'm tellin' you... they have really learned how to aggravate each other recently. I am constantly hearing screeches and screams out of both of them. Camden aggravates Anderson on purpose, and Camden gets annoyed when Anderson wants something he has. And so on and so forth. Yesterday I caught them wrestling on the floor. I love watching their brotherly relationship blossom. :)

Anderson is doing much, much better! In case you forgot, he had HFM that he likely caught from VBS last week. Apparently 4 or 5 other kids did, too! Such is life. He has been fever-free for 6 days and I can't see any visible sores on him anymore. He only had 1 or 2 on his feet, and a few around his mouth. They have been gone for several days now. I have heard/read that he could still be contagious for a while after everything is gone, but we have no idea how long. I have used my best judgement as far as being around others, and only certain ages (not hanging around any babies) but we could only quarantine ourselves for so long. Camden didn't even catch it! (knock on wood)

Not too much going on here... just wanted to give you a few updates and say hello. :)
