Christmas questions

1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? I love the way wrapped gifts look way more than gift bags, but I am HORRIBLE at wrapping!! It seriously looks like a 5-year-old wrapped them. David usually ends up doing it for me...he's good at that kind of thing! :)
2. Real tree or Artificial? Well, I grew up with artificial so I've never known anything different. To me, it doesn't really make a difference. As long as the ornaments and lights are pretty, that's what matters!
3. When do you put up the tree? The weekend after Thanksgiving.
4. When do you take the tree down? Probably the weekend after Christmas, or whenever we get back into town!
5. Do you like eggnog? I haven't tried it since I was a lot younger...I think I'd probably like it if I were to try it again.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? I can't think of anything in particular. I just loved everything I received! My parents give the best gifts ever.
7. Hardest person to buy for? Any of the men in the family...the only things they want are expensive - such as TVs, a Wii, a new car, etc. Sorry boys, can't afford that kind of thing.
8. Easiest person to buy for? David is easy to buy for, because he seriously loves getting ties for gifts. Most men don't enjoy receiving ties, but he does...which makes shopping real easy!
9. Do you have a nativity scene? I don't, but I would love to have the Willow Tree nativity scent one day.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail!!
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I guess when people give you things that are TOTALLY random...can't think of a certain example right now though.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? A Christmas Story, Polar Express, NOT Elf (sorry to everyone who loves it!)
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? It varies from year to year...sometimes I'm on the ball, and other time It's 2 weeks before Christmas. Oops!
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? I think I have once or twice, but it's always nice stuff...just stuff that doesn't match my decor or wouldn't look good in my house. But for the most part, I don't re-gift.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Oh my...everything! Traditional foods and and desserts...they are all wonderful.
16. Lights on the tree? I love white lights.
17. Favorite Christmas song? O Holy Night
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? I have travelled my whole life for Christmas...we always went to visit both sides of grandparents. We don't do that anymore, but as far as travelling now - I'll go as far as I need to as long as we are with our family.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? dasher, dancer, comet, blitzen, donner, prancer, cupid, vixen, and rudolph. is that all?
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Star! Our star is my favorite part of our tree.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Maybe a couple of Christmas eve, but most of them the next morning.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? The crowds...it can get quite frustrating!
23. Favorite ornament theme or color? I don't really have a favorite theme...our color scheme is red, green, and silver...but that's because we bought our star before we bought the ornaments, and those are the colors on the star. I will definitely enjoy once the kids start bringing home all their home-made ornaments. So fun!
24. Favorite Christmas dinner? I love the traditional stuff...ham, dressing, vegetables, bread, desserts. Yum.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? I really want a dirt devil dust buster...if anyone is feeling generous, feel free buy me one. :)
