Our little guy has been with us for 4 months now, and we are enjoying him SO much. Camden is absolutely infatuated with him. We just cannot picture our lives without him in it!
We went on Monday for his well check-up. He got a physical exam and 2 shots + 1 oral vaccine. He is already starting to have a fear of strangers. Whenever someone he doesn't know well comes up to him and gets in his face, that bottom lip pokes out and it's just about the saddest thing I've ever seen! Anyway... he's definitely growing, but slowly!
Weight: 13.7 lbs (25%)
Length: 25 in. (50%)
Head: 46.4 cm (30%)
David and I are both shocked that Anderson is so little...being only in the 25th percentile for weight. Camden's baby book is packed away in a box somewhere, so I'm unable to compare their numbers...but if I remember right, I think Camden was around the 70th percentile for weight at this age. However - and anyone who knows him can affirm this - Anderson is ALWAYS moving. He kicks his little legs almost constantly throughout the day. Maybe he's just burning off all those calories?!
It's so funny having two babies that are SO different. Their temperaments have been similar - both have been easy. David often jokes that since we've had two easy babies, why risk it with a third?? We'll see. :)
What Anderson is up to at 4 months:
-Eats 8 oz. every 4 hours (4 times a day)
-Has three naps a day (morning nap is about an hour, afternoon nap is about 2 - 2.5 hours, evening catnap is about 30 min.)
-Goes to bed between 8 and 9pm and sleeps 12-13 hours.
-Recently has been waking up between 11pm and midnight being really fussy, but will eventually go back to sleep.
-Smiles all the time, laughs when tickled and cracks up when you say "BOO!"
-Still loves tummy time
-Enjoys his doorway jumper, his bumbo, and his playmat
-Would be a TV junkie if I let him....he'll try to turn his head completely around to see the television.
-Doctor said we could start rice cereal any time now, but will probably wait until we get into our new house.
I meant to get a picture of him at the doctor, but totally forgot. More pics to come soon!

He is such a precious little one, can't wait to see you all tomorrow! Grace Elizabeth misses her boyfriend and can't wait to hold hands, her cold is gone now :)
Wow...wonderful news! Can't wait to see him and hope he's not afraid of us!
What a great update! Happy 4 Month Birthday to Anderson. It is so funny...I still picture him moving himself in that swing without it powered on. He sure is constantly moving!! :)
Sounds just like my boys. Elijah was always chunkier, but has thinned out as he's grown taller. Hudson has always been skinnier and smaller.
Their thighs looked TOTALLY different when they were babies.
Crazy how different they can be!
