my "helper"

Anderson has recently discovered that he LOVES putting stuff into things. Blocks in a laundry basket, balls in a box... I'll walk around the house to find these things that he has done. It's so cute. Well, one thing that I don't love quite so much is when Anderson decides to put certain things that belong in certain places, into places where they don't belong. If that makes any sense. I have tried and tried to organize the kids' "play area" so that each thing has a place, including labeled boxes, so Camden knows where to put things when he cleans up. Here is Anderson putting all of the contents from the "Dinosaurs and Jungle Animals" box into the "Computers and Misc." Box. Maybe he thinks dinosaurs should be considered Miscellaneous. I love when he "helps" me clean up the toy area. :) It's a start at least!

He looks so proud of himself in the last picture. Maybe Anderson could teach L this trick. Leiana still hasn't discovered the joys of putting things "away," although any time she does I clap and cheer like mad to try to get her to associate "cleaning" with, "I get praised!" :) Thus far, however, she is WAY more interested in taking items OUT of the boxes and drawers that they belong in, and then leaving a trail of said items in her wake. :)

I agree with Jenelle, he is one proud little boy. He is going be such a good helper like his big brother!
