(I tried to upload pictures, but Blogger isn't cooperating with me today. Looks like it's going to be a picture-less post. Apologies.)
My sister Bonnie and her boyfriend Tony came to visit over the weekend. This is the first time we met Tony, and the kids loved him! He is a professional chef at a hotel in Miami, and he made some amazing stuff for us while he was here. One night it was an array of appetizers, and another night we had a big shrimp boil. It was so good and SO fun! It was a "no rules, no manners aloud" kind of dinner. We really enjoyed having some great cooking this weekend.
We feel like Anderson has just skyrocketed recently when it comes to language and personality. I'll update in further detail in a few days in honor of his 18 month birthday, but I just had to mention what a little socialite he is!!! It's so crazy to us because Camden is totally our shy, doesn't-want-to-speak-to-anyone little boy. Anderson, however, will say "hi!!!!" to every stranger we pass in the store. It's hilarious, and so fun to enjoy such two different boys.
We got Camden a new bike last week, and he looks like such a big boy riding it. We're still practicing with training wheels, because he is pretty nervous to ride without one of us right next to him, but I don't think it'll be too long before he can ride without them... especially if we keep practicing a lot. Tomorrow at preschool, Camden is riding his bike for the St. Jude Trike-a-thon, so hopefully he'll do ok riding without mama or daddy! :)
Anyway, just wanted to say hello since it had been a while. Hopefully pictures will be on soon!
