I'm hoping someone can help me with this... I have tried to change the background on my blog by using a background from a website (example - Shabby Blogs), but when I try it, it doesn't change the background on either side of my header, which right now is the blue with flowers. So, I end up having half of one background, and half of another. It seems that the only backgrounds I can use/choose from are the ones provided in my template designer, but I don't want to use those! Does anyone out there know how to fix this? I have messed around it but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!! (I hope this made sense!)

hehe. i feel silly answering this BUT perhaps change your template design & it will "cover" which ever you choose.... does that make sense? I think I've seen this before, and sometimes a more basic template might work with a web template? eh hope it helps! (todd says I change our background toooo much! )
That happens to me, too Ash. I think Leah is right, maybe you have to adjust the widths of your columns/posts, but then that may make it worse. haha
what blogger template are you using? that may be part of it. email me if you still need help ...
I'm worthless at explaining anything like this, but if you want me to come over and help you figure it out sometime, I would be willing to!
